Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase arrival date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund only in cases of damaged goods or production defects.
Note: All items shipped are carefully inspected from top to bottom before shipment if a defect is recognised before shipment another will be sent to you.
Quality is our biggest concern so you are happy with our items upon its arrival.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original sales condition including tags and any packaging.
To complete your return, we require information from the invoice that we send out along with your purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the us until you have contacted us directly in regards to the return.
For your return to be approved by our inspection we ask that the purchase is returned in its original condition including tags, be unwashed, unstained this also includes any trace of perfumes or body sprays and any imperfections that might show wear and tear of the item.
if we find the return not in a resale condition your return will be rejected and returned to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearence items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges are not accepted but may apply in special circumstances.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost return shipping will not be included in your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your item to reach you or us, may vary depending on area or chosen shipping method.
If you are shipping an item, we ask you to use a trackable shipping service also considering purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item or be liable for loss or damage of item during transit.
We recommend using Australian post parcel services.
